1. Scope
These terms govern the sale in Switzerland of subscriptions offered under the IPTV Suisse Abo name.
2. Plans and prices
1 month: CHF 14.99 · 3 months: CHF 34.99 · 12 months: CHF 69.99.
Multi-screen (12 months): 2 devices CHF 99.99 · 3 devices CHF 129.99 · 4 devices CHF 174.99.
Prices in Swiss francs, including any applicable VAT. Plans are prepaid for the chosen period and do not renew automatically.
3. Order and activation
The contract is concluded once payment is received. Login details are sent by email or WhatsApp. The plan period starts on activation.
4. Use
Your subscription is personal, for private use in Switzerland, and limited to the number of simultaneous screens in your plan. Sharing or reselling access is prohibited and may lead to suspension without refund.
5. Availability
The provider makes every effort to keep the service running. Occasional interruptions (maintenance, a content supplier outage, or a problem with the customer's connection) may occur. The channel list may change in line with distribution agreements.
6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All subscriptions to our IPTV Suisse Abo plans include a full refund guarantee for the first 30 days after purchase. If you encounter an insurmountable technical issue or the channel list does not meet your expectations or your device requirements, we will issue a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing the subscription.
- You must first contact our support team so we can try to resolve any installation or configuration issues.
- Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.
7. Liability
The provider is not liable for the customer's hardware, internet connection or third-party apps.
